4. Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of any contracts or documents you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant ContractAI a limited license to process and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not share your contract details with third parties. Your documents are processed securely and stored in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
5. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Important: The AI analysis provided by ContractAI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. The analysis should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice from a qualified solicitor or conveyancer.
ContractAI makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis provided. Always consult with a qualified legal professional before making decisions based on contract analysis.
6. Payment Terms
The Service charges a fee per analysis as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ContractAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
